This place has been nothing but cold hearted to my family. I was in the middle of FaceTiming my grandmother, who is in her final moments of life, when someone in that facility hung up in my face and turned the iPad faced down. When I called to have them put it back up they simply said no and hung up in my face. God knows what s going on that they had to face the camera down! What did you not want my family to see Lieberman?! Please do not bring your loved ones here. I am shocked at how heartless a facility could be during a time like this!
