Billing department is in trouble. And I mean my next call (after trying to get ahold of them for several months) will be to the NJ Department of Consumer Affairs and possibly the news media. Their mailbox is either FULL, or I get disconnected, or I leave message after message with no return calls from them. I actually called their corporate office and got someone on the phone! She acknowledged RWJ Physician Enterprise IS having a big problem with their billing staff. She took my complaint and promised to email them to have them call me. Nice lady, but, I'm not holding my breath on any action. I'll find the regulatory agency that I can complain to. And I told them better read their Google Reviews. It ain't pretty.
