My star is not for the store but for the sale associate. I won t put this against the company as I m sure they don t train staff to be rude. I had an 11am appt for their trunk show
Sale they were having on March 25th. As I was told by a staff member on the phone that all dresses are in good condition, just last seasons style that they are liquidating. I don t remember the sales staff name that was helping me. But when I came in for my appt first I was greeted 10min late as they say you only have 1hour, I already lost 10min waiting for the sales girl to come greet me. Then when I was taken in I noticed everything I tried on was very dirty black stained in the armpit areas and either the fabric was ripped or beads coming off. As I mentioned this to the sales girl she got defensive and pretty much said well this is why they are on sale. When I told her my conversation on the phone prior to coming in.
She giggled and said I really doubt you were told that and followed it with you seem really frustrated should I get u my mgr I said no i don t want to complain I was just wondering why all these dresses are damaged. Instead of her trying to turn the situation around. She continued to insist for me to complain because she said if ppl are saying this on the phone the mgr needs to be aware of falls information. I m confused so they should have said damaged clothes on liquidation ? Anyway. I found the sales staff rude and passive aggressive, I didn t even finish my appt I just left. All I wanted was a good experience and I felt that the staff just wanted to argue. And last thing I forgot to mention, the last dress I tried on she had asked me what I thought. I told her I found the dress had stains on the armpit area. And her response was for 100 we can clean it for u and walked away. I don t think someone that rude should be working there as many women come to have a good experience.
