I inquired about a bridal shower and initially was impressed about the speedy reply and providing all of the information up front. Within the week of visiting to put down our payment, the events coordinator booked the date for a wedding. This would ve been fine but was extremely disappointed when we drive an hour plus each direction on a rainy day to the Venue for them to tell us the date (which was form due to out of town guests) was booked already. There was no apology or even any attempt to try and salvage our shower.
She said she would let me know later in the week whether the wedding would confirm and then we never heard from them again. Very unprofessional.
