Ok...where do i begin?...I schedule an appointment with a rental car. Show up with my family of five, from 2.5 hrs away, no rental car. have to reschedule. show up two weeks later, again no rental car, after we come from 2.5 hrs away on a scheduled vacation for our kids. car full of bags three kids, two adults, dog, etc. I requested three times a rental of similar size of a suburban. with 4wheel drive. They finally found one they could lend us from the lot. Thank god. Barely fit us and didn't get to shop in duluth. went home on monday. Called thursday to see if it was done. and they lost the ticket. not once now but twice. I forgot to mention that previously. I have a rental and they lose a ticket and i have to stick with this car another week. They say i don't have to pay for the rental. I pick up my vehicle two weeks later, pay the bill, and there is the charge for the rental.. The service manager, Burleigh i think his name is, is clueless to what his service men are doing. I talked with four people initially when bringing my truck in and still have no idea who wrote up my ticket. Also, they lost my warranty information that I have for the vehicle, so now I have to call the company i have this with and request the same information again. Joe...... Don't even know if i met you even though you were put on this service. Feel sorry for you.. because you have no idea what the hell you are doing as well as the others I have dealt with there. except for the gal i finally got my truck back from. she was nice. get your sh!+ together Kolar service. never again. Ps... Finally after reading your comment forum on here after posting my negative response.. I find that nearly every person that has been on that forum is greatly disgusted with the customer service and the service department. BBB is getting a call!! WoW!!!
