I was looking forward to stay in Doubletree by Hil...

I was looking forward to stay in Doubletree by Hilton but it was such a disappointment.

I requested a rollaway bed when I was booking on hilton website. And I also made a call couple days before I checked in. So I don't need to sleep with my parents on the same bed. But they didn't prepare for it.

So I called to front desk and spoke to him I requested a rollaway bed and also confirmed by phone that th
ey have my request. There was no appology from him and said he will send someone to my room soon.

And this was not only thing they got me upset.

We also found out there were bunch toiletries missing in the washroom. All we have was a single body lotion for 3 adults.
So I had to call them again and asked for some toiletries.
I didn't hear any appologies from them again.

We waited for 15mins and no one showed up so I had to call them again how long I should wait for. She sounds very unpleasant that I called and told me to wait more.

Their electric kettle was very disgusting to use. (see the photo)

Last thing was housekeeper lady.
My dad went out to the bank in the mornining and one of housekeeper asked my dad what time we will be head out because she needs to clean our room. We already put a sign "Do not disturb" and it was 9:30am. I never need to tell hotel what time I will be heading out.
It was kinda ridiculous to get those question. When we came back to our room after tour, she didn't even organize cushions on the sofa. There were just stuff that we requested with tips and empty garbage bins.

Overall, I was not satisfied with this "unprepared" room with doubletree with hilton.
We stayed 1 king 2 room suite and this is completely NOT a service I expected.
This is "Hilton". Not like holidayin or other minor brand. How could "Hilton" do this?

This hotel needs a better communication with guest and improve "Final check" process before having guest in.
