WORST purchase experience EVER!!!!!

WORST purchase experience EVER!!!!!

Bought a Pixel 3 during black Friday, and Fedex deliver 3 time (actually I only got the door tag twice) during my working hour. But there's no option let me choose the delivery time or pick up by myself, and Fedex just send thepackage back to google!

After I found out I reach out the google support team, they told me will reach me out in 24 hours which I got no one contact me within five days. And today which is the fifth day, the support team only told me there's nothing they can do then why you let me wait so long!!!!!! So basically I'm wasting all my time to buy a phone I'll never get and waiting for a call the team was never gonna call and still don't get what I purchased.

Purchase thing on google website it's definitely the WORST experience ever!!!!!
