Confused by all these positive reviews, as this has been the most horrific company to deal with every single time ive called. Rudeness, sarcasm, long silences to avoid answering questions, and lies that the manager is in a meeting or at lunch (got one of the 2 lines iterally every time) make this the worst company ive ever dealt with. I made an order that was supposedly instant, 2 weeks later I not only have no internet, but the order hasn't even been processed through. I've spoken to 6 different people, all assuring they'll look into it. I requested to speak with the manager twice and was told I'd receive a call back in 24-48 hours....it never came. After literal silence from the customer service person on the phone, who thought long silences was better then actually answering the question, I tried to cancel the order. At this stage I was told it would cost me to do that. So on top of rude and unhelpful customer service over 2 weeks, with each call averaging around 45 minutes, no escalation call back as promised , no internet and lies to help every time I called, they want to charge me!?
Oh and by the way, they charged me twice, and won't refund. So I'm 300 out of pocket, no internet, and told I have to pay to cancel...lucky me. 1 star because I can't make it 0
