Setting was very nice. However - room is way way over priced. Bathrooms are motel quality. Walls are paper thin. Beds feel like cardboard. No air conditioning. A campsite in a tent is a more comfortable residence. The outside is nice but it feels like they are paying off the loan for the land and building at these prices.
