I have taken my vehicles to Ed Kenley Quick Lane for all my servicing for many years now, and I appreciate the good care I usually receive there. This last week my truck was disabled and I had to have it towed to Quick Lane to get a new alternator. Unfortunately, this was right before I was to leave on a hunting trip, so I was under a time crunch. They called when it was finished, and I got a ride in to retrieve my truck, But after paying and I went out to the to drive it away, I discovered my radio was not functioning. I went back to inquire about it and was disappointed that they hadn't checked all the electrical systems, nor could they come up with a quick solution. I didn't have time to wait. So I am driving around without my sound system, and I am having to make an appointment with a car audio dealer to get the problem solved. A hassle! I feel this is something that should have been caught and addressed before calling me back.
