Good afternoon.

Good afternoon.
I decided to write, so that some changes might be in your company, although not a foot to you anymore.

We have Auris in 2008 and in December 2017 we complained that suddenly the speed rises to the maximum level and we can do nothing.

On the same day, we brought the car to the service station and sent for diagnosis. They made us stupid drivers and said that we just had the mat pressed the pedal and that s why it gives maximum revs. Although I still did not understand how this is possible when the pedal is mounted on top and not on the floor. Anyway.

We were assured that there were no errors and that the problem is 100% in this. Within a month, the problem repeated 3 more times and each time we just ripped the mat out from under the pedal, which did not solve the problem.

And then we turned to other officials, as we drove past them when the problem arose again. It turned out that 6-7 years ago there was a large-scale revocable campaign around the world for Toyota, associated with gas pedals that stick and can lead to serious accidents. And of course, our car is on the list to replace this pedal. More than 3 million cars around the world were recalled, they wrote about it in the media, but your employees could not verify this.

They didn t tell us about this either last spring, when we did your MOT, or now, when we came to you already with this problem.

My pregnant wife was exposed to enormous risk just because your specialists did not bother to check the car for recall campaigns.

Reading reviews of other people in your service station, it is immediately clear that the level of organization is low.
