This hotel doesn't live up to he Hilton brand. The rooms while updated recently we're done poorly. The walls were crumbling and someone decided to put the sink faucet on the side instead of back with a sink that angles up on the side which means it's impossible to get your hands under. The entry was under construction which isn't a huge deal but there was no mention on the website. You have to pay for chairs on the beach...which isn't an issue except they only do full days and not hourly or half. We only stayed one night so arrived at 1 and they wanted to charge for a full day. The pool patio was packed...with towels. Every seat had a towel on it but very few people there. We ended up having to remove someone's towel because the staff refused to assist. The drinks at the pool we're just ok. Overall better off at a different hotel or not in Clearwater.
