Practically a small artistic-architectural center used as a shopping center. There are clothing, make-up and perfume shops, bars, jewelry, etc. Downstairs there is a large grocery store with takeaway food service (consumable also on site) where you can also find fresh and relatively modest food (let's not forget that we are in New York), bottles of water and more God.
