after a couple of attempts to share feedback with Bob Allen's service department thru other means, I guess I'll post my issues here since they seem to be really good at sending me requests for feedback thru Google and other surveys, but no so good at responding to issues via the same methods.
My level of satisfaction is pretty low overall with my $5OK 2017 Ford Explorer Sport. I have taken it to BA two times for service on brakes with less than 9K miles. The first time, after waiting for 3 hours, I left without any service. The second time, they had the vehicle for about 9 hours, and delivered it back to me 30 min after the end of their service day.
I have already responded to a service survey to explain that I do not believe they solved the problem with the brakes. And beyond my level of dissatisfaction with the service overall, I'm even more unsatisfied with the fact that my $50K new vehicle has a brake problem that I don't think they can fix.
I will keep trying to get them to fix it, but there's a very slim chance I will ever purchase another Ford Explorer, much less from Bob Allen.
