An extremely unprofessionak servicr .misleading people with available facilities..banquet rooma booked without checking liquor can be served or not.last minute information before party starts ..that there is no liquor licence.they should have informed me when i had booked the deciduous banquet room on third floor..imagine liquor being in a small room downstairs and party being held upstairs.my guests faced a huge embarrassment and so did i ..i demanded conpensation foen tge manager and she turned ablind ete to it.guess this is the ways you tresr customers ..i am disgusted with tge attitude and i have told all mey friends never to book a banquet riom or visit the hotel
.guess loss of business dont botger you all ..but loss of face does bother me .i demand a compensatin if 15000 for the amount of liquor i spent on August 1..billed for deciduous room..I am extremeky unhappy with the way it was done.this hotel in salt lake kolkata takes the cake for unprofessionalism..regards Debraj
