I have a issue paying someone to come out and not fix the issue. 1st a guy comes out saying there no issue and he can t find the problem. Charges me $55. Say to call back if it stops. Mind you my furnace is working on and off. We lose heat middle of night. I wait till daytime. I call. 2nd time he comes out. Same guy. Says it s working on and off. Cant find a issue. Charges me $55 to only find out it stops working again. Now it s the weekend. Mind you NO parts where changed. I spent $110. For nothing to be fixed. The furnace is showing codes. Which he should have replaced the part and he said he couldn t find out which part it was. Clearly not knowing what he doing. Beware. I am reporting this company to BBB
