Beautifully done interiors. But the management needs to look at how things are handled.
When asked for a menu at sultan's lounge, the attendant came with a QR code. The guest is expected.to scan and see the menu in his mobile. After almost 30 minutes, they could come up with a printed menu. And the attendant did not know what's there in the menu to assist us.
They did not serve even water after we were seated at the table .
And the food was just so...so. Nothing that I would want to remember after 1hr of the meal.
Completely disappointed...rather terrible.
