Awful , selling my property through Springbok and ...

Awful , selling my property through Springbok and sale going through. Received a call at 5.20pm 24/3/17 from Jack asking me to call back regarding the sale. No other message. Naturally I was worried and called back as soon as I got home at 5.30pm. No reply. Left several messages and eventually spoke to someone at the buying department who assured me they would have Jack call me back immediately. 8.30pm no call, worried something has gone wrong. Utterly awful disgusting service
