Emily and Azy were extremely helpful during the sales process and even transferred a car from another dealership and held it while my wife and I were on our honeymoon. The process was painless, although the financing component could have been a bit quicker. Emily spent an hour with us to set up our Mercedes Me account and walk us through all the features of the vehicle (since this was our first Mercedes). Additionally, I found the dealership's affiliation with Autonation to be extremely beneficial and I believe it allows them to present differentiated pricing to customers. I would definitely recommend Mercedes of South Bay.
