My family and I have stayed at Laketown wharf for years but this year we decided to book through Resort collections instead of booking directly. This has been our worse experience. We booked several units and all of them had issues. Some rooms did not have proper air conditioning. Others were dirty and every unit had dirty and broken furniture. I wouldn t recommend booking with these people to my worst enemy. If I could give a less than a 1 Star I would. Oh wait and not every unit comes with a full set of bedding! Just horrible!!
