Incredibly loud, lots of noise from the streets below, even on the higher floors.
Poor valet service, time waiting to get cars and to get cars checked in, esp for the $30 price tag. Though this was at night. Daytime service was good and friendly
In general a poor impression of the staff minus the pleasant front desk and cleaning.
The arcade is pretty though.
