I took my car in on a Friday morning without an appointment. After determining what repairs were needed, Tim, the service advisor, promised that my car would be ready after work. After work I picked up my car and the repairs had been made. Tim went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were made in a timely fashion and overall it was a great experience.
