Submarina used to be one of the premier sandwich shops in the Antelope Valley and I would've rated them five stars all day long; however, after they reopened due to the forced closures, I noticed that the bread was sometimes old and the quantity of meat and condiments had been drastically reduced to an almost undetectable amount. I'm completely sympathetic that through no fault of these large and small businesses that they've each suffered greatly to keep the lights on during these difficult and crazy times. My only suggestion would be to offer the customer the ability to size up to what your original established sandwiches were and charge more to help cover expenses.
