I am so frustrated with the service department. We took our Rio in as it had an issue with the battery going dead after a few days. During the process of taking the car in multiple times, the SkyLink module was changed. The car is now not track able. I thought that the device number would be in the file, so I called the service department today. After waiting on hold for 19 minutes, I was told if the information wasn't in the glove box (it isn't), that I would need to bring the car in Monday so they could get the information. They didn't even ask my name or look to see if they had the information.
