The service experience here was unpleasant. When I came to the dealer, there was a long line of cars waiting to get serviced. So I was asked to move out of line and temporarily park somewhere else to prevent blocking other vehicles driving through the lot. They assured me that I wouldn't lose my spot in line. Well I lost my spot and had to complain, only to find myself placed two vehicles behind my original spot!
When I actually got serviced, one of the requested services, resetting the radio code, was supposed to be free. But they ended up charging me $60 for it. After I caught it and complained, they refunded me the money and explained that it was a simple mistake on their part.
I've been to 11 different Honda dealers in my life, and this is the sloppiest service I've ever experienced. They need to learn some best practices from good dealers like DCH Academy Honda or Madison Honda. I do not plan to come back here again for service or for new vehicle purchase.
