Very pleased with the oven however the salesman failed to inform us that the installation charge did not include fitting the cooker hood. When we phoned and spoke to Amy Johnson the Customer Services Manager she was worse than useless. She did not seem to be able to grasp the concept that if we were not informed that the fitting of the hood was not something they do then we were not likely to know this was the case.(why someone who supplies these goods but does not fit them is another matter). I asked to speak to Mark Smithson who is the owner but was told by Amy he was too important and would not speak to a customer ( very impressive). I asked Amy to get the manager Steve Nelson the Manager or the sales person to phone me back. Three days later I am still waiting. I am sure the salesperson did not intend to mislead us but mislead us he did. You really find out how good the service is these circumstances. Marks Electrical have been found sadly lacking in this case.
