This would be a 5 Star rating, but I went the day before St. Patrick s Day and it was PACKED. One employee said they normally have 3,000 visitors a day, but today they had 10,000. It was so packed you could stand anywhere to read the info without getting swept away. The gravity bar (one of the main reasons you come) was so packed you couldn t get to the windows to look out/get a picture. Was really looking forward to this tour, but found it frustrating that Guinness just kept selling tickets. I m not sure why online some time slots were sold out when they were definitely overbooked and understaffed. But other than Guinness just trying to make a buck over customer experience it s a great tour.
