When we came to the dealership he had the vehicle we talked about ready for us to look at and a test drive. He not only showed us the obvious features of the vehicle but also many more which could not be seen. Wife and I were very pleased with his knowledge of the vehicle. The process of a getting a value of our trade in was pleasantly swift and the financing was better and easier than anticipated. We have had our Sorento three days at this writing and we don't have any regret of our purchase.
