I'm new to NC and was in desperate need of a car. Ana Kelly helped me out and I was able to drive off the lot the same day with the car that was a perfect fit for me. She was extremely kind and informative about the process. I was overall satisfied with their services but should also mention that I ended up paying more than I originally planned to.
