I never write reviews, but this place is such a catastrophe that I feel compelled to write. I saw two of the doctors at least 4 times over 3 months and they could not get my prescription correct--a very, very basic prescription at that. I spent an extra 3 months in my bad glasses and spent a catastrophic amount of time in this office (what, 9 or 10 visits?) trying to get this sorted, all because of their inability to write a basic prescription.

Adding injury to the tremendous waste of my time, they didn't feel like they should refund my exam fee, so I had pay for another, correct exam out of pocket. That they would waste months of my time and acknowledge that they flubbed each and every exam and not refund my money is what really showed me that they don't care in the slightest about their patients. I spent 20 minutes with another doctor and now have the correct prescription and functioning glasses--something that couldn't happen over months of trying at Jackman Eye. Don't waste your time.
