An excellent car-buying experience! Rustin, Rebecca, and Donald were true professionals from the beginning through the end. I knew exactly the car I wanted after browsing their online inventory and I negotiated the price over email, after comparing their initial quote for a 2017 mazda3 with many other mazda dealers. What stood out was their professionalism, prompt and precise replies to my questions, and of course, a great out-the-door, final price.

After agreeing to a sale, I set an appointment time on the weekend and at the dealership, I was promptly greeted and helped. There were no surprises or cheap pressure tactics; everyone was very friendly, calm, and clear; the finance department ensured I received 0% financing (which I qualified for but after some convincing); and they delivered a washed vehicle with a gift bag! They also follow-up with emails for any questions or concerns. It was exactly the car-buying experience I hoped for and I could not recommend them more highly.
