Benjamin did a great job making the deal work. I was able to have some items that needed repair added to a "we owe, you owe" form that were concerns of mine that would have prevented me from purchasing my CX-9. After driving off the lot a few other items were discovered that I had just totally missed and they were very accommodating to make it right. Ben, Chris, and the Sales manager all worked together to make this one of the easiest car buying experiences I have had.

My car is currently having the work done on the "we owe" list and I already received a proactive call from the service department. Great job Brown's!
