I was so impressed with hotel, The staff there are a wonderful group of people when I checked in. Its almost unbelievable that companies can still find people that care and go the extra mile to make a difference in others and that's what my experience there with Bri and the crew I would recommend anyone coming to Cleveland to stay here you will not be disappointed
