Unacceptable behavior from the administration! After doing my best to explain in French, the lady rudely hung up because I could not say my birth date. I would understand this from a small hospital in a small town, but in Brussels, in the heart of the city, not having administration staff who speak English or are at least willing to be polite and transfer you to someone who does is ridiculous. (review on behalf of a colleague)
