I had to use their after hours L&D services last night/early this morning and couldn't have had a more positive experience.
From the moment I called to see if I needed to be seen, to checkout.
The nurses were kind and in a great mood even though I arrived shortly before the end of their 12h shifts. The morning shift team came in and it was equally kind and helpful. I only saw the doctor for a couple of minutes, that's my only complaint. But since my condition wasn't critical, can't say I needed to see her at all because the nurses did everything that needed to be done. I'm planning on delivering my baby at this facility and hoping to have another great experience at such stressful times!
