No wonder it's the largest convention center in North America. You can easily get lost walking to and from your car to the event. There's a walkway bridge that connects the parking lot and the administration offices to the exhibition center. Make sure you wear your walking shoes because your feet will be killing you by the end of the day. The parking is pretty outrageous. $20 for parking up to 3 hours and $25 over 3 hours. Management realizes that they have a monopoly over parking prices because there is no street parking anywhere within walking distance of the convention center. Speaking of getting lost. Make sure you remember where you parked because there are 5 parking levels and each level is immense. The food is what you expect it to be, overpriced and underwhelming. Overall, if you take the Metra and bring a snack with you, you should be alright.
