Two separate reviews. 4-5 stars for the docs and nurses. I have been going to this office for maybe 4 years. There has been a good deal of turnover w docs. But the ones we see are caring and capable and thorough. But second review is for front desk and getting them on the phone. (I know a few secrets now) but scheduling or calling and getting a call back is not good. Its really hit or miss. Come early to your appointment bc check in is slow sometimes. I worked in medical offices and I know how busy the desk and phones can be. . Front desk staff are nice but seems like they need more help to check patients in. It's a busy place. Other good thing about this office is they have a lab on site and there is very little wait there and the ladies in there who draw blood are so nice an funny. I think all offices have their bad days too but as far as medical care I am very pleased with this office.
