There were multiple repairs that were suggested to me as a result of the "multipoint inspection" that had already been done. It was clear that the tech that worked on my car did not look at anything and just relied on the previous assessment for what was wrong and what was working well. The service rep (Ted) did not do a good job at trying to fix the issue and was reactive to my frustrations rather than proactive. The last time I came in for some work, a service technician backed my car into some machinery. I worked with Ted that time as well and he was very apologetic and gave me all the work that day for free. I came back this time to give Nalley a second chance, but I won't be returning again after the lack of quality work done yesterday.
