Unfriendly staff, the rooms are dirty and worn only the food is ok from time to time. In addition, more than 10 times a day the staff with any shows to talk. Not recommendable especially with parents the children have since my child often sick with the hygiene and the food.
The staff also needs a very long time to meet the needs and it is very difficult to smile. The area is very large and also to look out of the window directly on the red sea to look at but every other hotel next to it. I was in a much worse rated hotel with 3.7 stars and it was equal and the staff was even friendlier, but that is probably because they are underpaid, as a staff member confessed to me but well courtesy should still be learned. The Europeans are graciously taking advantage of a taxi they would like to pay at the price they would pay in their home country although I was in Egypt long enough to know the prices. The shops are extremely expensive for Egypt the hotel guests probably think stupid. It is recommended if you visit this hotel to do all errands except halfway.
