Riley was amazing! He guided us through the process with solid information and took the time to explain all the details. Better yet, he coached us through getting our credit scores way up to get the best rates. Although there was a major shift in the market halfway through our process, Riley was patient and knowledgeable to watch for any dips and grabbed us a super low rate just in the nick of time , as rates quickly rose even before the close of that business day!
