Yes we were cold called, but it was by a really pleasant and professional lad. It was to offer a product/service that my wife and I (and I suspect the majority of us) knew we needed to sort out (updating a previous and invalid will), had spoken about several times, but never gotten around to. From that first call Elm have been thoroughly supportive and we have every confidence that we are now in good shape legally. Peace of mind is invaluable and I recommend the service where your will is stored and can be updated as often as required. Yes you pay for it, but nothing compared to the potential cost of being unprepared.
