I bought 6 vehicle from this dealership within 2 years.
Mr. Mario is an awesome guy.
Always try to make the deal easy.
And finally i am driving the Land Cruiser.
Only now i am having an issue with there service department. Toyota service department have a bad customer service on all toyota dealerships. They dont give you loaner whether you have to go to college or to work. I recently installed remote starter in my 2018 camry( bought from same place).
Remember its a brand new vehicle with only 6k miles.
As soon as i drove out from the dealership.
Something wrong happen the car does not start again.
I contacted the dealership they said its not our fault. Tow it and bring it back. I asked about loaner he said oh no we dont have it.
After 5 hours waiting on the highway i get the tow and came back home on taxi.
Next day i contacted the dealership for my car or loaner. They said we dont have loaner and your car is not ready yet.
So now i am trying to make an appointment for my land cruiser for 5000 miles maintenance and there is a recall on that too and some allignment issue since the first day i bought this SUV.
And they are not giving me the appointment because i need a loaner.
And i live in upstate NY. I need a loaner to go to work next day.
So please whenever you buy a toyota make sure dont forget to ask before sign the paper work about there service department and how they gonna treat you after buying the car.
