Customer Service are non-existent. Been strugglin...

Customer Service are non-existent. Been struggling for 2 weeks just to get a settlement balance. most of their Customer service lines don't work, cannot get through to do an inquiry on my existing account but when I pretend to apply for a new account with my wife's ID I get though immediately. Then I get transferred to someone else, where I hold the line for ages just to get cut off. From 30+ calls I was able to get through to a consultant once to ask for a settlement balance, they promised to send it immediate and said the mail will take 24-52hours, 3 days later still nothing. I have made 10+ (and counting) more calls this morning, and still nothing. keep getting transferred and cut off. I don't understand why the person that answers the call the first time cant help me. I just what to get this account settled and closed and be done with this. Is this to much to ask?!

Update 11 Jan 2021 - 9:49 - I have maid exactly 20 more calls since my first review, the same story. I have found their customer service e-mail address and sent various mails, all of the mails returned undelivered.
