I have been a customer for over 40 years and the treatment I have recently received was not only poor but disrespectful from customer service. I understand that the chaos lately has effected everyone but their( the company's) lack of communication and conduct have reflected poorly on the supposed business mannerisms expected from a company such as yours. I am very displeased. I had placed an order via the app a week ago and they failed to notify me that they had cancelled my order and then proceeded to tell me they were only working with highly valuable customers. Yet, we are monthly customers and have been for the past 40 years. I did not feel valued as small business owner.
