I had a chance to speak with Sal Cirillo on the phone before my visit. He instructed me on what I needed to bring with me to complete the sale and how long it would take. The sale was fairly smooth as Sal took the time to answer any questions and insure I had the percentage rate that I wanted. He was very easy to work with and made suggestions without being overly aggressive.
