Professional, warm and attentive Scottish service....

Professional, warm and attentive Scottish service. Room had lovely view of the castle. Pompadour restaurant relaunched and is a tour de force of organic Scottish modern cooking (menu picture attached). Impressive and young staff team who make the service difference. Full marks. We loved it.
