The hotel is a five star property but doesn't always live up to its stars. During the time I was there, my room did not have hot water, unforgivable in a major hotel. The main buffet restaurant was ok for breakfast but the coffee was awful. The pool areas are quite nice and the rooms are a good size with balconies. The Italian restaurant was pretty good. The hotel has some nice views but lacks its own beach. They are renovating so let's see how it comes out.
