I've been bringing my vehicles to Carrsmith for 15 years, and have been working with Ray directly for that entire time. I've always had excellent experiences here, and would highly recommend this shop. 3 different vehicles I've owned have been reliably serviced by Carrsmith.
In my experience with Carrsmith, the owner always takes his time asking detailed questions regarding the vehicle's status, and usually repeats questions for the sake of clarity and thoroughness. This has been the norm with me and everyone I have recommended to this place. Also highly recommend Carrsmith for pre-purchase inspections of used vehicles you're considering buying - i've saved myself the hassle of buying a lemon more than once.
