Great Customer Service!
I called to create an ad and I don t really know anything about the process but they explained it to me and helped me out a lot. I don t even live in Lakewood.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A pleasure to deal with very patient and professional. Lots of interesting ideas for your printing needs. Makes it so easy. And Avery reasonably priced.

My friend Sharon referred me to this company. She told me she had used BP Printing for her son's bar mitzvah invitations and assured me the process would be hassle free, but I still never expected the service to be this good!

When I called I was immediately assigned a sales rep, Leah Ziskind. She treated me like I was her most important client! She was patient, attentive, efficient and a pleasure to work with! I am no easy customer (kept making changes etc.) but she made me feel like nothing was a big deal and guided me every step of the way!! And this was all via email, as I live in Miami and this company is based out of Lakewood, New Jersey! I still can't get over what an amazing experience it was to work with this company! Oh and my invitations came out gorgeous!!!

Expensive but wide range of options and good quality prints.

Recently had The Strand Center for the Arts 96th Anniversary Ad Booklet printed at BP Print Group. They came out beautiful and we received truly professional and friendly service. Their printing know-how enhanced the finished product. This was not the first project we have had done by BP and certainly won't be the last.

From start to finish, they made the process of ordering affordable invitations so easy! My representative sent me samples, gave suggestions, made edits, offered many options, and was kind and courteous throughout the process! We were not an easy family to deal with. Corona made planning for a wedding difficult. Our venue changed just as we were going to print, but our representative at BP Liba Basch was fantastic. We got through all of the changes. We were left beautiful invitations at a reasonable price. I will come here over and over again.

I had a VERY negative experience using BP Print Group. I had placed an order for double - sided invitations and almost half of the invitations were printed with a printing error. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. While they had sent a whole new batch of invitations, some of the new invitations continued to have ink marks on it. I would not recommend using this printing house. If you do, you may want to clarify ahead of time that you do not want the same experience as I had.

A huge shout out to Liba Basch for exceptional service and for helping work through a very complicated order like a pro. Would certainly do business with BP again!
