Terrible experience with Blue star, almost missed ...

Terrible experience with Blue star, almost missed our flight.
Requested a van as 4 of us plus luggage would not fit in a car. A car came anyway and the driver said "not to worry another car will come". 15 minutes later we rang to see how far and the operator rudely said no van was booked and no second car was coming - they sent another, we waited a further 10 minutes and had to pay a total of $36 to get 4 people to the airport - 5 minutes away, got on the plane with only a few minutes to spare. Thankfully they pulled through for us, but very lousy service, obviously poor communication and no compassion for our situation.
